High season bookings are a minimum of one week from Saturday to Saturday.

Other lengths of stay will be accepted only if there is available 30 days before.

Final cleaning :

Final cleaning is not included in the price and must be done by the tenant or paid extra.

Additional final cleaning:

160.00 CHF per stay

This amount is included :

- Cleaning of premises (floors, toilets, kitchen)
- The removal of bed sheets
- Storage of the last dishwasher

If you choose the final cleaning and you make the premises clean, we will refund 60.00 CHF amount paid for final cleaning. Valid for all stays under 6 nights or 1 to 2 people.

In case of facilities that are very dirty and not stored, the damage deposit will be refunded only after cleaning and the finding that there is no damage.

Cleaning done by the tenant

If you make yourself the final cleaning, a cleaning deposit of 100.00 CHF is required on arrival.
The amount will be refunded at the end of the stay, with the damage deposit, if the premises are left clean and tidy. Otherwise the fee will be deducted from the deposit according to the final cleaning fee.

Cost of preparing local laundry and cleaning :

In the price shown is included the amount of 60.00 CHF for the costs of preparing and cleaning the premises.This is a flat fee per stay, offered from seven nights for :

- Cleaning, ironing and set up the bed linen (beds made on arrival)
- Provision of towels - Shower and kitchen towels
- Provision of toilet paper for the first days (2-3 rolls)
- Provision of taxed garbage bags (1 to 3 days, 2 per week)
- Supply of pellets for the dishwasher (1 per day rental)
- Payment of city taxes

Reservation / Payment :

The full amount of the rent is payable locally at the keys.

At the reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total amount (minimum CHF 100 .- ) will be claimed. The amount of bail and will also be refunded at the end of stay, once the premises as given as the on arrival, ie ordered and without damage. You can pay the deposit in Euros.
