3 1/2 rooms on the ground floor for up to 6 people including : The length of stay and the number of people is fixed in the lease. The tenant agrees to respect and not to sublet. Pets are not allowed. The calculation of the price and the reservation can be made directly on the Internet. The entire amount of the rent is payable locally at the delivery of keys. Final cleaning should be done by the tenant or paid in addition on arrival. If the tenant takes possession of the leased property later or in case of shortened stay for reasons not attributable to the owner, the total amount of the rental must be paid. The tenant may terminate the contract, upon written request and under the following conditions: up to 15 days before arrival, free of charge, the deposit paid for the reservation will be refunded; from 14 to 2 days before arrival, the amount the first night will be deducted from the amount to be repaid. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the total amount of the reservation will not be refunded. The premises are given to the tenant in perfect cleaning and conform to the contract. If damage is detected or if the inventory is incomplete, the renter must immediately inform the owner. Otherwise, the leased property is considered to have been delivered in perfect condition. The tenant agrees to make the premises in the same condition they were originally. Otherwise the cost for repair will be deducted from the deposit damages or paid extra. The furniture and furnishings must suffer from the impairment of normal use which they are intended. Otherwise they will be paid or replaced by the tenant. If the tenant or a tenant neglects the duty of care in the use of the leased property or if it is occupied by a number of people exceeds the maximum number contractually agreed, the owner may terminate the contract immediately and without compensation. The owner is not responsible for accidents, loss, theft, damage or injury occurring on or near the housing and for any reasons beyond his control. In case of force majeure (natural disaster, bad weather, fire, etc..), a dual rental or any unforeseeable event or unavoidable what prevents its continuation, the owner may cancel the lease or propose the tenant a comparable property. If there is a cancellation, the amount paid or the corresponding part will be refunded without any allowance. These general conditions supersede any previous provision and are valid for all the new bookings. Version 2012 |
